Online coaching for creative professionals and neurodivergent adults

As a dual-qualified coach and counsellor, I bring a therapy-informed approach that goes beyond traditional coaching. This means you get the space to step back, understand what's really going on, and make meaningful changes that last.

Whether you're navigating workplace stress or burnout, feeling stuck, processing an ADHD diagnosis, or sensing something needs to shift in your life or career, we work together at your pace to find clarity, reconnect with purpose, and move forward in a way that feels right.

What coaching can address

Coaching is collaborative and forward-looking.

Common areas we explore include:

  • Workload, boundaries, and the patterns that keep slipping

  • Overworking, people-pleasing, and perfectionism

  • What a sustainable working life actually looks like for you

  • Saying no and protecting your time without guilt

  • Purpose and direction after burnout or a career crossroads

  • Feeling like an imposter or that you’re not good enough

You do not need to be in crisis to start.

If something feels off and you are not sure what, that is enough to begin. If my approach resonates with you, I am happy to have a conversation regardless of your background.

My approach: Therapy-informed coaching

As a dual-qualified therapist and coach, I bring something distinctive to the coaching process. My therapeutic training means sessions can hold emotional material safely without becoming overly clinical. This matters when we are working with burnout, stress, and nervous system regulation, because these are not just practical problems. They affect how you feel, how you relate to others, and how you see yourself.

My approach is grounded in Psychosynthesis, a gentle, creative, and holistic method of supporting personal growth and transformation. We look at the whole of you: not just your goals or challenges, but your deeper values, longings, and potential. I also use reflective exercises, creative and visual tools, guided imagery, or practical worksheets and mapping activities as coaching tools to support insight, identify priorities, and clarify next steps.

Because you are the one who drives change in coaching, the process tends to feel more empowering and sustainable than advice-led approaches. I do not tell you what to do. I help you find your own answers and develop solutions that genuinely work for you.

Working with ADHD

If you are neurodivergent, whether you have a formal diagnosis of ADHD, are exploring whether you might be neurodivergent, or simply know that your brain works differently, coaching can be a highly effective form of support.

Many creative professionals with ADHD face heightened challenges around time management, task initiation, emotional regulation, and burnout. The effort of masking or compensating in a neurotypical workplace is exhausting, and standard productivity advice often fails because it was never designed for the way your brain actually works.

In coaching, we work with your brain, not against it. We explore strategies that fit how you genuinely function, around time, energy, focus, and emotional regulation, rather than imposing approaches that do not suit you.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to explore this in coaching. If any of this resonates, contact me to have a chat.

What to expect from coaching

Free introductory call: We begin with a free 30-minute introductory call via Zoom. This is a chance to talk through your situation, share what you are looking for from coaching, ask questions, and explore whether we are a good fit. There is no pressure and no obligation.

Session length: Each coaching session can last 60 or 90 minutes, giving us the time and space to work at depth rather than rushing.

Online sessions: All sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can attend from wherever you are.

Your pace: We can meet weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or at whatever pace works best for you. Some clients want intensive support at the start before moving to a slower rhythm. Others prefer consistency throughout. We will find what fits your situation.

Packages: I typically work in blocks of 6 to 8 sessions, which gives us enough time to build real momentum and create lasting change. We can also work on an open-ended basis if you prefer a longer-term coaching relationship.
